Job Title: Procurement Officer – Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics
Locations: Kuwait / Dubai
Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute purchasing activities for fashion items, perfumes, and cosmetics according to company needs and stock levels.

- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery with the required quality standards.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms, focusing on product quality and well-known brands.

- Prepare and review contracts and basic agreements with suppliers in line with company policies.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms, working with both local and international suppliers.

- Collaborate with internal departments to meet product requirements in fashion, perfumes, and cosmetics.

- Analyze prices, select best-selling products, and study competitors’ offerings to ensure product competitiveness.

- Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, and contract records.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in fashion, perfumes, or cosmetics.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage local and international suppliers.

- Knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management in the fashion and cosmetics sector.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
