تنفيذ العمليات المحاسبية اليومية لفرع Outphet في العراق، بما يشمل تسجيل القيود، الفواتير، المصروفات، والمساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية، مع الالتزام بالسياسات المالية المعتمدة والعمل باستخدام نظام Odoo Accounting.

EN:

Execute daily accounting activities for the Outphet Iraq branch, including journal entries, invoicing, expenses, and supporting financial reporting, while complying with approved financial policies and working on Odoo Accounting.

🧩 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ القيود المحاسبية اليومية | Daily Accounting Entries

AR:


  • تسجيل القيود المحاسبية اليومية على نظام Odoo.

  • التأكد من صحة المستندات المالية قبل التسجيل.

  • متابعة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة.

EN:


  • Record daily journal entries in Odoo Accounting.

  • Verify financial documents before posting entries.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.

2️⃣ الفواتير والمبيعات | Invoicing & Sales Support

AR:


  • تسجيل ومتابعة فواتير المبيعات.

  • دعم فريق العمليات في أي استفسارات مالية تخص الطلبات.

  • متابعة المرتجعات والتعديلات المحاسبية.

EN:


  • Record and track sales invoices.

  • Support operations team with financial inquiries related to orders.

  • Process returns and related accounting adjustments.

3️⃣ المصروفات والمشتريات | Expenses & Purchases

AR:


  • تسجيل المصروفات التشغيلية اليومية.

  • متابعة فواتير الموردين.

  • تجهيز بيانات المدفوعات حسب التعليمات.

EN:


  • Record daily operational expenses.

  • Track supplier invoices.

  • Prepare payment data as instructed.

4️⃣ التقارير والمطابقة | Reporting & Reconciliation

AR:


  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية.

  • إجراء مطابقة الصندوق والبنوك.

  • دعم أعمال التدقيق الداخلي.

  • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports.

  • Perform cash and bank reconciliations.

🧠 المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

AR:


  • بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • خبرة 1–3 سنوات في المحاسبة.

  • معرفة جيدة باستخدام Odoo Accounting أو أي ERP.

  • مهارات تنظيم ودقة عالية.

  • قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت إشراف مباشر.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience.

  • Good knowledge of Odoo Accounting or any ERP system.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work within a team and under supervision.
