إنتاج محتوى إبداعي وجذّاب يعكس هوية علامة Outphet التجارية في السوق العراقي، والمساهمة في زيادة التفاعل والوعي بالعلامة التجارية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والقنوات الرقمية، بما يدعم الأهداف التسويقية والمبيعات.

EN:

Create engaging and creative content that reflects Outphet brand identity in the Iraqi market, contributing to increased engagement and brand awareness across social media and digital channels, in alignment with marketing and sales objectives.

 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ إنشاء المحتوى | Content Creation

AR:

• إعداد محتوى مرئي ومكتوب (صور، فيديوهات، Reels، TikToks، نصوص).
• ابتكار أفكار محتوى تتناسب مع السوق العراقي والجمهور المستهدف.
• الالتزام بالهوية البصرية ونبرة العلامة التجارية.

EN:

• Create visual and written content (images, videos, reels, TikTok, copy).
• Develop content ideas aligned with the Iraqi market and target audience.
• Ensure consistency with brand tone and visual identity.

2️⃣ إدارة المحتوى الرقمي | Digital Content Management

AR:

• جدولة المحتوى وفق الخطة التسويقية.
• التنسيق مع فريق التسويق لاعتماد المحتوى قبل النشر.
• متابعة أداء المحتوى وتحسينه بناءً على النتائج.

EN:

• Schedule content according to the marketing plan.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content approval.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on results.

3️⃣ إنتاج الفيديو والتصوير | Video & Media Production

AR:

• تصوير وتحرير الفيديوهات القصيرة لمنصات التواصل.
• اقتراح أساليب تصوير وإخراج مبتكرة.
• التنسيق مع المؤثرين أو الفرق الداخلية عند الحاجة.

EN:

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social platforms.
• Suggest creative filming and editing approaches.
• Coordinate with influencers or internal teams when required.

4️⃣ التفاعل وتحليل الأداء | Engagement & Performance Analysis

AR:

• متابعة تفاعل الجمهور مع المحتوى.
• تحليل أداء المنشورات والمقاطع.
• رفع تقارير دورية لفريق التسويق.

EN:

• Monitor audience engagement with content.
• Analyze post and video performance.
• Prepare periodic reports for the marketing team.

5️⃣ التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية | Internal Collaboration

AR:

• العمل مع فريق التسويق والمبيعات لدعم الحملات.
• المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العميل عبر المحتوى.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وخطط العمل.

EN:

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience through content.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to content plans.

المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

AR:

• شهادة في الإعلام، التسويق، التصميم أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
• خبرة 1–3 سنوات كصانع محتوى أو في مجال مشابه.
• خبرة في إنشاء محتوى لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
• مهارات تصوير وتحرير أساسية (Mobile / Software).
• فهم جيد للسوق العراقي والترندات المحلية.
• حس إبداعي ومهارات تواصل عالية.

EN:

• Degree in Media, Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Basic photography and video editing skills (mobile or software).
• Strong understanding of the Iraqi market and local trends.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
