Inventory Clerk – أمين مخزن(فرع العراق)

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

الهدف العام من الوظيفة | Job Purpose

AR:

إدارة سجلات المخزون بدقة، متابعة استلام وتسليم البضائع، والمساهمة في الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى في المخزن، مع ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة.

EN:

Maintain accurate inventory records, track inbound and outbound goods, and contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ إدارة سجلات المخزون | Inventory Record Management

AR:

• تسجيل جميع عمليات الاستلام والتسليم اليومية للمخزون.
• تحديث سجلات المخزون في النظام بشكل دوري ودقيق.
• التأكد من دقة البيانات والتوافق مع المخزون الفعلي.

EN:

• Record all daily inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Update inventory records in the system regularly and accurately.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with actual stock levels.

2️⃣ مراقبة المخزون | Inventory Monitoring

AR:

• متابعة مستويات المخزون والتأكد من كفايتها.
• الإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو فائض في المخزون.
• المساهمة في عمليات الجرد الدوري للمخزن.

EN:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficiency.
• Report any shortages or excesses in stock.
• Assist in regular warehouse stocktaking processes.

3️⃣ دعم العمليات المخزنية | Warehouse Operations Support

AR:

• التعاون مع فريق المخزن لضمان استلام وتسليم البضائع بسلاسة.
• المساعدة في ترتيب وتخزين المنتجات بطريقة منظمة.
• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة أثناء العمليات المخزنية.

EN:

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Assist in organizing and storing products in an orderly manner.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during warehouse operations.

4️⃣ التقارير والملاحظات | Reporting & Feedback

AR:

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن حركة المخزون.
• تقديم الملاحظات حول تحسين إدارة المخزون.
• المساهمة في تحسين عمليات التخزين والتوزيع.

EN:

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory movement.
• Provide feedback on improving inventory management.
• Contribute to optimizing storage and distribution processes.

المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

AR:

• شهادة في إدارة المخزون، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة 1–3 سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو وظيفة مشابهة.
• مهارات تنظيمية ودقة في إدخال البيانات.
• القدرة على متابعة التفاصيل والعمل ضمن فريق.
• معرفة بأساسيات نظم إدارة المخزون ميزة إضافية.

EN:

• Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to pay attention to details and work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
