Manage and execute all accounting and financial operations for the Outphet Iraq branch using Odoo Accounting, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company financial policies, while maintaining direct coordination and reporting to the CFO based in Kuwait.
🧩 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ إدارة الحسابات والقيود المحاسبية | Accounting & Bookkeeping
AR:

- تسجيل جميع القيود المحاسبية اليومية على نظام Odoo.

- إدارة حسابات الإيرادات والمصروفات.
-
- مطابقة الحسابات البنكية والدائنين والمدينين.
-
- ضمان دقة البيانات المالية وتحديثها باستمرار.

- Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, and payables.

2️⃣ الفواتير والمبيعات | Invoicing & Sales Accounting

- متابعة فواتير المبيعات الصادرة من المتجر الإلكتروني.

- التأكد من صحة القيود الخاصة بالطلبات، المرتجعات، والخصومات.
-
- التنسيق مع فريق العمليات بخصوص أي فروقات مالية.

3️⃣ المصروفات والمشتريات | Expenses & Purchases

- متابعة المدفوعات وجدولتها حسب التعليمات المالية.

- التنسيق مع CFO للموافقات المالية.

4️⃣ التقارير المالية | Financial Reporting

- رفع التقارير المالية للـ CFO في الكويت بشكل منتظم.

🧠 المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

- بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية.
-
- خبرة 3–5 سنوات في المحاسبة.
-
- خبرة عملية قوية على Odoo Accounting (إلزامي).
-
- فهم جيد للمحاسبة الخاصة بالتجارة الإلكترونية.
-
- دقة عالية، التزام، وقدرة على العمل مع إدارة خارج البلد.

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة).

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 3–5 years of accounting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting (mandatory).

- Good understanding of e-commerce accounting.
