الهدف العام من الوظيفة | Job Purpose

AR:

تنسيق عمليات التسليم لضمان وصول المنتجات للعملاء بكفاءة وسرعة، متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتواصل مع فرق المخازن والسائقين والعملاء، مع الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الخدمة المتميزة.

EN:

Coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to customers, monitor schedules, communicate with warehouse teams, drivers, and customers, while adhering to company policies and high service standards.

 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ تنسيق التسليم | Delivery Coordination

AR:

• تنظيم جداول التسليم اليومية والأسبوعية.
• متابعة توصيل الطلبات والتأكد من وصولها في الوقت المحدد.
• التنسيق مع فرق المخزن والسائقين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.

EN:

• Organize daily and weekly delivery schedules.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and drivers for smooth operations.

2️⃣ التواصل مع العملاء | Customer Communication

AR:

• إعلام العملاء بمواعيد التسليم ومتابعة أي تأخير محتمل.
• الرد على استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بالتوصيل.
• معالجة أي شكاوى أو مشاكل تتعلق بالتسليم بكفاءة.

EN:

• Notify customers of delivery times and follow up on any potential delays.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries.
• Handle any delivery-related complaints or issues efficiently.

3️⃣ متابعة الأداء والتقارير | Performance Monitoring & Reporting

AR:

• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل الوقت المستغرق للتسليم ودقة التوصيل.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن عمليات التسليم وحالة الطلبات.
• اقتراح التحسينات لزيادة كفاءة العمليات وتحسين تجربة العملاء.

EN:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time and accuracy.
• Prepare periodic reports on delivery operations and order status.
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience.

4️⃣ التعاون الداخلي | Internal Collaboration

AR:

• التنسيق مع فرق المخازن والمبيعات لضمان توفر المنتجات.
• دعم المبادرات التسويقية والعروض من خلال التوصيل الفعّال.
• الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءات السلامة.

EN:

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions through effective delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

AR:

• شهادة في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة 1–3 سنوات في تنسيق عمليات التسليم أو اللوجستيات.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على متابعة التفاصيل.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الفرق والعملاء.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
• معرفة جيدة بالسوق العراقي وخدمات التوصيل ميزة إضافية.

EN:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in delivery coordination or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with teams and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Good knowledge of the Iraqi market and delivery services is a plus.
