إدارة جميع عمليات المخزن لضمان تخزين البضائع وإدارة المخزون بكفاءة، متابعة الاستلام والتسليم، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة، بما يدعم العمليات التشغيلية للشركة في السوق العراقي.

EN:

Manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory storage and management, oversee inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting the company’s operational activities in the Iraqi market.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ إدارة المخزون | Inventory Management

AR:

• متابعة جميع المخزونات والتأكد من دقتها وكفايتها.
• تحديث سجلات المخزون بشكل دوري.
• مراقبة استلام وتسليم البضائع وضمان سلامتها.

EN:

• Monitor all inventory levels to ensure accuracy and sufficiency.
• Update inventory records regularly.
• Oversee receipt and dispatch of goods ensuring their condition and accuracy.

2️⃣ التخطيط والتنظيم | Planning & Organization

AR:

• تنظيم عمليات التخزين لتسهيل الوصول إلى المنتجات.
• تحسين طرق التخزين والعمليات التشغيلية في المخزن.
• التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لضمان توافر المنتجات.

EN:

• Organize storage operations for easy access to products.
• Improve storage methods and warehouse operational processes.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure product availability.

3️⃣ إدارة الفريق | Team Management

AR:

• الإشراف على موظفي المخزن وتوزيع المهام.
• تقديم التدريب والتوجيه لضمان الأداء العالي للفريق.
• متابعة الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والجودة.

EN:

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure high team performance.
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality policies.

4️⃣ التقارير ومؤشرات الأداء | Reporting & KPIs

AR:

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن المخزون والعمليات المخزنية.
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل دقة المخزون، سرعة الاستلام والتسليم.
• اقتراح التحسينات لرفع كفاءة المخزن وتقليل الهدر.

EN:

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory and warehouse operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and order processing speed.
• Recommend improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and minimize losses.

5️⃣ الالتزام بالسلامة والجودة | Safety & Quality Compliance

AR:

• التأكد من التزام المخزن بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية.
• متابعة تطبيق إجراءات التخزين السليم وحماية البضائع.
• المساهمة في تحسين بيئة العمل داخل المخزن.

EN:

• Ensure the warehouse complies with safety and occupational health standards.
• Monitor proper storage procedures and product protection measures.
• Contribute to improving the working environment within the warehouse.

المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements

AR:

• شهادة في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في إدارة المخازن، مع خبرة إشرافية.
• معرفة جيدة بإدارة المخزون وأنظمة التخزين.
• مهارات قيادة وتواصل عالية وقدرة على إدارة فريق.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
• إلمام باستخدام برامج إدارة المخزون ميزة إضافية.

EN:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, including supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and storage systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
